We’d like to share this message with you from our Managing Director Rohan Cunningham about COVID-19.

To all our valued customers,

Here at Delmade, we’d like to reassure everyone we are open for business and our supply chains are safe. We're taking the protection of our staff and customers very seriously and we've made changes to ensure that we're complying with all Government regulations including social distancing and we've also increased our cleaning regime and hygiene. We are fortunate that the Agricultural Industry is buoyant and the general attitude is one of positivity and we are also fortunate that all our Delmade equipment is manufactured locally in Tassie so we are most certainly going to be here for the long haul.

To our customers in Mainland, Australia freight is still moving between our states so again we don’t anticipate any delays and freight will be going out even as you read this message.

We have a plan here at Delmade to get through this and this plan includes being here to support our local farmers and doing everything we can to ensure both yours and our safety.

We understand that this virus is changing the way that we work and live and Delmade is committed to keeping up with these changes. In the coming days, we will be releasing our new Virtual Farm Visit alternative for customers who might be at risk, in isolation or simply want to protect their health by not seeing visitors. Keep an eye out more will be coming on our blog and on Facebook.

Even though we may be facing difficulties during this time just remember that no matter what we will always be just a phone call away and we are absolutely committed to doing everything we can for our customers.
